Coach Jason Meekins graduated from Brenham High School in 2001 and Texas A&M University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance.

Coach Meekins is entering his first year as an Assistant Coach with the Brenham Cub Soccer Program. He comes back to Brenham after working 4 years as a Tax Consultant at Ryan, Inc., a State & Local Tax Consulting firm based in Dallas, TX. During his time at Texas A&M, Meekins was a key member of the Brenham Athletic Soccer Club training staff where his teams enjoyed much success on the field. Coach Meekins has been considered a “player’s coach”. He relates to each player and treats them with respect. He is interested in developing the whole person which includes; skills relevant for winning soccer matches, a competitive spirit and most importantly good sportsmanship.

As a player, Meekins garnered many Region, State, District and Team honors. He played club soccer for the Houston Hurricanes '83 and was named captain in 1997. He served as the captain for 3 years before having to miss an entire calendar year with a broken leg. He was a member of the South Texas Olympic Development Program State Team from 1997-1999. Also, Meekins served as a captain for both the Cub football and Cub soccer teams at BHS his JR and SR years.

Coach Schneider is entering his first year with the Brenham Cub Soccer Program. He comes to Brenham after spending the last three years teaching and coaching in Beaufort, South Carolina. Coach Schneider specializes training Goal Keepers, after spending his entire playing career in the net. His teams are focused around fundamentals, discipline, hard work and sportsmanship.

Coach Schneider was a four year letter winner at South Aiken High School, one of the top soccer programs in the State of South Carolina, and was named Captain and team M.V.P. his senior season. He played club soccer for the North Augusta Kicks from 1994 – 1999 and was named Captain and team M.V.P. in 1999.
